Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

All items purchased are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except under the following circumstances:

• The wrong item was sent by the merchant.
• The item received does not match the specifications, description, features, or other information advertised on our website.
• The item received is spoiled, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
• The delivery exceeds the timeframe stated in the company’s Shipping Policy.

Refund Request Requirements

For any refund request, customers are required to provide sufficient supporting evidence, including:

• A clear and continuous unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, packaging, and item received.
• A clear video showing the first use of the item, where applicable.
• Relevant photographs, order details, or any other supporting documents requested by the company.

Submission of Return and Refund Requests

All return and refund requests must be submitted to mmt_motorworks@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Any request submitted after the 24-hour period, or without the required supporting evidence stated above, will not be accepted.
